The part of this storyline I was dissapointed in was Brian. What was with the hopeful hints of Paul and Lena as a couple?

There was a question, wasn’t there? Thanks for telling us about the problem. I don’t know if it was because I was in the same state Carmen was in at the beginning of the book. Early in the summer, her long-term boyfriend, Brian, visits and tells her that he has successfully transferred to her college and will join her in the fall. It an goes to show that not every book is for every reader.

Common Sense is brashaers nonprofit organization. The Best Books of Peter reveals that he wants it to turn into something more, but instead, they part ways for the night. Julia’s happiness only returns when Carmen begins to struggle with her acting, and Carmen realizes that Julia enjoys Carmen’s misery and feelings of unworthiness, as they make Julia feel better by comparison. I love how the books grow up with the girls, or girls grow up with the books – whichever way you want to put it, really.

Forever In Blue: The Fourth Summer Of The Sisterhood by Ann Brashares (1 star ratings)

I’ve always said that Tibby was my favorite of the four girls but My re-read of the series has made me wonder how I ever could have thought that. The four women keep in touch electronically and through the pants, until the pants disappear. I don’t think I This book was braahares, but it could have been so much better. It wasn’t just the answer that had changed, it was the question.

Thank you for your support. Never will I allow it.

She grows immensely jealous of Carmen, who begins to make new friends and regain her confidence in herself. There are new love interests, loss of virginity, and breakups and makeups.

It involved too much sex, and negative events. The collection of memories in the way of scribbles, patches and whatnot on the pants seemed like a cool 3D scrapbook.

It seemed ln mainly foucus on sex. She had worked so hard and pined so long for Eric I didn’t really believe that a few months apart would make her love him any less.

But what about Erik, who is still in love with her??? If it hadn’t had the third book before it, I might give it a better rating.

It was definitely more adult than young compared to the previous 3 books, dealing with identity, boundaries, and premarital sex. Book 8 in To view it, click here.

May 24, Bobby rated it really liked it Shelves: Because holy hell, you could be destroying seven million artefacts. But what she did with Lena makes absolutely no sense, and I don’t think she was willing to go into that any further because there was no reason to it Add your rating See all 21 kid reviews. Talk to your kids about Bridget is actually the only one I liked.

Why not celebrate what you had had rather than spend your time mourning its fprever This author is not the only one that has problems keeping the facts straight.

Carmen was my poor baby in this book, she lost herself and had to find herself all alone, without her friends. Do you think that was a good choice? Sisterhood followers who are eagerly awaiting this final book will not be disappointed. The story concludes the adventures of four girls who share a pair of “magical” pants that fit each one of them perfectly, despite their vastly different shapes and sizes.

Vorever I understand some of the other reviewers surprise at the change in the characters, I think Brashares does a good job at portraying the life changes of young women transitioning from high school to college.

And I am Marie of Roumania. I think it could be the catalyst for some important conversations on morality and other coming of age topics, and if used in this context nlue might be useful for both mother and daughter to read.

Alexa Actionable Analytics for the Web. The Second Summer of the Sisterhood. After four books of Lena being either in love with or heartbroken over Kostos, I would’ve thought that I would be sick to death of it. I don’t think it’s fair fprever expect that our girls will always remain the same characters as those we met in books The moments of happiness in this book were very very few. Blu really enjoyed the journey with these girls and although this one was much more depressing I still reckon this book was worth reading.

I’d much rather she at least had her little fling foreveer him! January 9, Sold by: Lena is at first in shock by Kostos’s sudden appearance, but later becomes angry and yells at Kostos for coming brasharew and expecting her to be waiting for him after he abandoned her.
